Fed: Drunk soldiers just "letting of steam" PM

Prime minister JOHN HOWARD has defended a group of army personnel who appeared in a
wild video posted online and has urged the public not to over-react.

The video which can been seen on youtube features drinking games .. stunts and a person
dressed in a KKK outfit.

Mr Howard says the soldiers were just letting of steam.

He says it's up to the military to decide on whether disciplinary action should be taken.
